The Archives of the Evangelical Presbyterian Church of Togo (EEPT) were established to preserve the institutional, spiritual, and administrative memory of the Church. The archives collect and safeguard records produced by synods, presbyteries, parishes, departments, and affiliated institutions of the EEPT.

The Evangelical Presbyterian Church of Togo operates nationwide, with parishes, schools, health centers, and social ministries. The archival holdings primarily relate to the national territory of Togo.

The Archives derive their authority from:

• The Constitution and internal regulations of the EEPT
• Synod resolutions and official decisions
• Administrative and legal requirements
• The institutional mandate to preserve ecclesiastical heritage

The Archives operate under the authority of the Office of the Central Administration EEPT and collaborate with synodical bodies, presbyteries, parishes, and church departments.

  Records are maintained according to archival principles of provenance and respect for original order

The archival holdings are preserved at the National Headquarters of the EEPT in Lomé, Togo, in designated storage areas.

Access by appointment during official working hours, Mondays through Fridays, except during national and religious holidays

Access is subject to prior authorization from the Office of the Secretary General.

Digital reproduction may be permitted upon written authorization and subject to institutional policy.
